Reservation Information

Check in time is 3 p.m. Although availability of rooms is not assured prior to 3 p.m., we will make every effort to accommodate you. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

A pre-authorization of $50.00 per night, not to exceed $200.00, above the estimated room & tax balance is required at time of check-in. At check out, after an inspection of the room, the incidental authorization will be dropped if not needed for room charges, damages, or loss of property.

Hotel Room Cancellation Policy

  • 24 hours prior to check-in.

Spa Services Cancellation

  • 24 hour notice for One Service.
  • 72 hour notice for Two or more Services (Groups included).
  • “No show” is a 50% charge of the service price.

Meeting Room Cancellation

  • Advanced deposit Required.
  • For cancellations made within 7 business days of the function, 50% of the food charge will be your responsibility. For cancellations made prior to 7 business days of the event, no other funds will be due.

We gladly accept larger parties but reserve the right to apply a gratuity of 20% to groups of 8 or larger.

We do offer pet-friendly rooms for an additional pet fee of $50.00 per pet, per reservation. It is the responsibility of all guests to notify the hotel of any pets staying in the room.

The current Maine State Lodging tax is 9%.

Our establishment strictly enforces a NO SMOKING POLICY (this includes tobacco, Vaping or marijuana smoking). A $350.00 Smoking Fee will be charged to any guest who breaks this policy.
