Planning a wedding involves a lot of moving parts. Our detailed and printable wedding checklist (.pdf) will help you stay organized and on track from engagement to “I do.” We’ve also included a sample wedding timeline below as well.
Wedding Timeline
Our Oak Room for your guests to gather, store coats, gift, and belongs that would disturb the ceremony.
The ceremony will be held in our Embassy Room, which is easy to find, plenty of parking, air conditioned, mic & speakers available and comfortable seating for your guests.
15 minutes ceremony
Once the ceremony is complete the couple will exit through their guests and back into the Oak Room and wait for their grand entrance to the reception.
The guests will be escorted to the Embassy Room adjacent to the ceremony, here your guests will be able to mingle or find a seat at one of our decorated tables.
Once the couple has been introduced, the wedding can go into speeches, special dance on our dance floor, or the party can go straight to appetizers that are preset for your reception, along with your one tier cake for cutting.
75 minutes reception
Once the reception is done, there is no cleaning, no paying out last-minute vendor invoices, no figuring out gratuity for each vendor. All of this is taken care of by the staff at the Senator Inn!
